Project Overview

PRECAP’s managing principal has advised on the sale of over 75 Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) and DaVita Dialysis clinics located throughout the country. Clients have included nephrologists, developers, and physician-developer partnerships. FMC and DaVita are the largest providers of dialysis in the country with over 6,000 combined locations. Assignments have ranged from one-off location sales to portfolios of over ten sites. Buyer profiles include high net worth individuals in 1031 exchanges, private equity funds, and real estate investment trusts (REIT).
