Project Overview

Physician Real Estate Capital Advisors, LLC ("PRECAP") represented a private investor in acquiring this three-tenant medical office building located just north of Tampa in the growing Wesley Chapel, Florida community.

The recently developed property comprises three tenants: American Renal Associates, Florida Kidney Physicians, and Florida Pain Management. Florida Kidney Physicians is the largest nephrology group in Florida and one of the largest in the United States. In addition to nephrology, FKP offers dialysis, hypertension, and transplant services. Florida Pain Management and ASC is a regional holistic and interventional pain management group that operates in seven cities throughout Florida.
